The post is accompanied by some shots that show the actors during a day of shooting and therefore confirms that the production went live at the end of January.

At the moment, a window for the publication of the TV series has not yet been announced, but airing by the end of the year cannot be excluded.
Production is handled by Tomorrow Studios, which also made the live action adaptation of Cowboy Bebop, and features producer Marty Adelstein (Prison Break, Teen Wolf) and ITV Studios. Matt Owens (Luke Cage, Agents of SHIELD) is the screenwriter of the show. Steven Maeda and Becky Clements are executive producers, along with Eiichiro Oda who will therefore closely supervise the project.
