Little by little details of one of the great projects underway in the hospitality and leisure sector of Marbella are being revealed. The new collaboration between the chef Dani García and the Mosh Group progresses as planned and in 2025 they will open their new restaurant, a concept of haute cuisine located in the emblematic building Aresbankwhich will involve a total investment of more than 10 million euros.
The iconic property, which owes its name to the bank it housed in the beginning, is located in the heart of Golden Mile and it was built in the 80’s. Designed by the architects of Estudio Oliver, it is an example of the magnitude that the Arab market with high purchasing power had in Marbella in those years.
