For example, at a curling venue, the sport can only be watched by one-fifth of the arena’s spectator capacity, so only a thousand spectators can be admitted to the gallery.

“Curling arena staff have received booster vaccinations for corona, and we have spare staff for sickness,” said a representative of the race organizers Yang Qiyong to the state-run Global Times.

Beijing Curling medals are awarded at a swimming center familiar from the 2008 Summer Olympics, which was given the nickname Vesikubio due to its architecture. In the Winter Games, it is called the Ice Cube because of the change of species.

The entry of Finns into the curling of the Beijing Olympics will be decided in the December qualifying tournament. In the Netherlands, 5-18 Finland will be represented in the men’s competition and in the doubles competition, which will be debuted at the Olympic debut. Oona Kauste and Tomi Rantamäki were involved in 2018 in Pyeongchang.

The Beijing Olympics are the 4th to the 20th. February 2022. Beijing becomes the first city to host the Summer and Winter Olympics.
