FC Barcelona has announced through its official channels the renewal of Pau Cubarsí. The young central defender, whose contract expired in June 2026, has extended his relationship with the Barça club for one more year, until 2027, with a termination clause of 500 million euros.
As he is still a minor, the maximum allowed is for his contract to be three years long, but it is expected that as soon as he turns 18 he will extend his contract with Barcelona even further.

The club has not reported the salary that Cubarsí will earn after this new contract, but according to what the newspaper has revealed ACE, the player’s salary will increase each season.
