Observation and experience.. the basis of knowledge
Both experience and observation play a fundamental and pivotal role in the journey of inquiry towards forming knowledge based on a sufficient amount of information and skills. Neither observation nor experience can be ignored when discussing the necessary tools for acquiring knowledge, as they overlap in the steps and stages that drive the overall process of building, forming and crystallizing knowledge according to its nature, in addition to developing that knowledge and the ability to interpret, analyze and understand the events that surround a person as he forms his knowledge.
As for experience in particular, it is clear that it expresses a different level of knowledge-building stages, as most of its interactions in the practical, realistic context, far from abstract theorizing, seem to be intertwined in the field of experience and work. Therefore, experience expresses a skill that is superior to mere observation, and thus it is one of the tools that a person possesses after undergoing many experiences and passing through many stages, many of which may involve repetition, which explains the maturation of experience itself as a basis for building knowledge. Observation also enables a person to collect information and possess a framework of sufficient data to understand the phenomenon he encounters, based on the interactive state between a person as a perceiving self and his field of observation, especially since it is considered the tool used to reach a solution to problems and address challenges and as a framework for collecting accurate information about a specific topic… and other matters and stages that together contribute to forming scientific knowledge about a specific topic, specialization, or field.
When experiences express the knowledge and skills collected by a person throughout his life path, which is full of interactions and different experiences with his surrounding environment, and these experiences carry within them a huge diversity, whether in terms of types of information or cognitive fields, they formed a main pillar in developing human skills and abilities and providing him with the tools that enable him to understand what is going on around him. By focusing on experience itself, it plays a prominent role in developing human skills that make him a useful and productive element in his field of work, and experience is considered one of the most prominent points that attract professionals in work, especially since it determines the most beneficial and useful paths according to the field of experience and its nature.
In order for human experience to be more relevant and useful in various fields, it must be saturated with sustainable nutrition in order to improve and advance it, such as practical skills that in turn enhance performance and advance administrative and technical information for the specialization. This is in addition to developing personal skills related to the work environment, for example, so that the person (its owner) is able to adapt leadership and communication skills. Therefore, resorting to various training programs that seek to sharpen human experience is a distinguished example that qualifies experience for development, renewal and expansion in the scope of pioneering and innovative knowledge.
