“Now we'll talk” Rai breaks the silence after the announcement of Amadeus: the company statement

The company's continuous commitment to retaining the host is also highlighted, offering him “all possible proposals in economic and editorial terms, in full guarantee of maximum artistic freedom”. Some rumors, however, were of a different opinion. The press release reads:

The sense of recognition and gratitude for the common path, studded with great successes, remains strong. […] In wishing Amadeus good work, the Company remains certain that it has made all possible proposals to Amadeus – precisely because of the esteem and consideration due to its professionalism.

Amadeus, with a video published on Instagram, had already confirmed his choice to leave Rai. In the message, was keen to deny some rumors that have circulated about the reasons for his departure, specifying that it is not about economic issues or conflicts with the management. His decision, he stated, came about as a result of “new professional and personal stimuli” which pushed him towards new television challenges.
