MP-MLA Court Special Judge Pawan Kumar Rai has ordered the issuance of non-bailable warrants against nine accused, including Rita Bahuguna Joshi, Raj Babbar and Pradeep Jain Aditya. This order has been given for being absent in a criminal case of sabotage and assault on police force during picketing. Also, they have been ordered to issue notices to their guarantors.
Along with this, a show cause notice has also been issued to Police Station Hazratganj for not providing warrant in this case. The police station has been present on December 8 to explain its reason. If not, necessary action will be taken against them.
