New Spiderman spot. The countdown to the premiere of Spider-Man: no way home is less than a month away. For this reason, Marvel has released nothing more and nothing less than six new spots of TV that show several unpublished and curious images: a reference to Spider-man 2 Sam Raimi, Peter Parker confused, the fight with Doctor Strange on the train, and new dialogue that continues to suggest the arrival of Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire in the film that will close the Tom Holland trilogy.
If the trailer 2 of Spider-Man: no way home ignited the expectation of fans of the arachnid hero, who have reviewed every detail and commented on more than one theory about what will happen in the film, the new spots expand much more the possibilities and still leaves some clues about the multiverse. In the next note, we tell you all about the new material.
Doctor Octopus and the reference to Spider-Man 2
In the two new spots that have been released, you can see new images of Doctor Octopus at the time of having his fight against Tom Holland’s Spider-man. In these two we can see the villain converse with his tentacles, just as he did in Spider-Man 2. However, the clearest reference to the Sam Raimi film is the moment in which he holds Peter upside down and pulls out a long needle from one of the heads of its mechanical arms.

Peter Parker’s confusion
The dialogue of Doctor Octopus: “You are not Peter Parker” had already been discussed, as the possible confirmation that there are other Spider-men that will appear in the film. This, because by saying these words, he would be implying that he only knows the Peter Parker of his universe (Tobey Maguire’s).
Now, in another of the spots, the response of the young arachnid appears: “I’m so confused now.” For this reason, this is arguably the first villain Tom Holland will come across (or at least one of the first) in the movie, and that he doesn’t know much about the multiverse yet. Will Doctor Strange explain it to him after catching the villain in the basement class that appears in the trailer?
Doctor Strange vs. Spider-man
A change of scenery might have gone unnoticed by some, both in the first and second trailer for Spider-Man: no way home, where Doctor Strange has an apparent fight with Spider-Man while on the platforms of a train. Thus, we see in the background a warm and rocky place similar to the Grand Canyon.

Now, in the new Marvel movie spot, this scene no longer takes place in the same place, but now the heroes face off in a place that seems like a mix of rocky and arid terrain with part of New York City.
The “extra help” and more new dialogs
In one of the spots Peter Parker is heard talking to Doctor Strange and says: “I’m going to fix this, but I’ll need help.” What kind of help are you referring to? Unsurprisingly, some fans are already pointing out that these are new Spider-men, namely Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield.
On the other hand, there are also Ned and MJ, who give their support to Peter. First, Parker’s best friend says, “Let’s catch a bit of the multiverse” while the three of them are reunited. Then Parker’s girlfriend tells him, “Just comment on it the next time you break the universe.”

There is also an appearance by the editor of the Daily Bugle, J. Jonah Jameson, who upon seeing the Lizard is surprised by asking, “Was that … a dinosaur?” His outfit is also very similar to that of a scene from Spider-Man 3.
This and more new images have been released this Sunday, November 21. Spider-Man: no way home will hit theaters on December 17th, although it opens in Peru on the 16th, a day before.
