The Bavarian Administrative Court has dealt with well over 1000 cases in connection with the corona pandemic since the beginning of the crisis.
Munich – Corona gave the judges “night shifts,” said the President of the Court, Andrea Breit, in Munich. According to their information, 1,140 procedures alone dealt with the Bavarian Infection Protection Measures Ordinance.
900 of the total of 1140 proceedings have already been decided, said Breit. 650 of them were norm control procedures. In addition, there were questions of the right of assembly, as they would have shown, for example, in “lateral thinkers” demonstrations.
The administrative court decided, for example, on the temporary ban on accommodation for guests from Corona risk areas within Germany, the mask requirement at schools or nightly exit restrictions in infection hotspots. (dpa / lby)
