Nokucha, 21, competed in the race in Birmingham last month to beat Nigeria and England and Jamaica to win the gold medal..
The Integrity Unit said in a statement on Twitter, “The Athletics Integrity Unit has temporarily suspended Nigerian sprinter Nzubishi Grace Nokucha for the presence/use of prohibited substances (Austrin and Ligandrol) in accordance with (Article 2.1 and Article 2.2) of the Regulations.“.
Ostarine and Ligandrol are banned by the World Anti-Doping Agency.
Suspension means preventing an athlete from competing before a final decision is made at a hearing under the Anti-Doping Agency’s rules.
