The 18-year-old remains in prison, arrested in Milan for group sexual violence that took place in Piazza Duomo in Milan on New Year’s Eve. It was decided by the investigating judge Raffaella Mascarino who validated the arrest.
In particular, the judge validated the arrest of the young man for the attack of the four girls which took place near the gallery, while he did not validate the measure “due to lack of circumstantial gravity” for the episode of the 19-year-old being molested, together with a friend, to a few steps from the Loggia dei Mercanti.
