US President Joe Biden warned Netanyahu against targeting Iran’s nuclear or oil sites in order to avoid further escalation in the region and amid concerns about energy prices in the world.
The statement was issued after the Washington Post reported on Monday, citing unnamed American officials, that Netanyahu informed Biden that the Israeli response would target military sites in Iran.
