The natural food market will gain muscle in the post-pandemic economy, according to the co-founder of the Let’s Poke chain, Ricardo Bottura. He says that when he launched a plan to open 50 stores in four years, with an investment of R$ 500 thousand per unit, he received proposals from 300 interested in investing in the brand. “The project is to expand the stores outside the city of São Paulo,” he said.
In recent months, Let’s Poke, with five restaurants in São Paulo and sales of nearly R$25 million per year, expanded service in apps and, in addition to Rappi, started to receive orders on iFood, Uber Eats and has its own app .
