According to the Times of India, experts recommend drinking any of the following drinks to achieve the desired results as soon as possible:
Boil a cup of water with 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds for 3-4 minutes. After soaking overnight, filter the water from the cumin seeds and preferably before breakfast.

Lemon water is well-known for its fat-reducing properties. It is best to drink lemon water on an empty stomach in the morning with a few drops of honey added to it.
Cut about 5 cm of ginger root. Then boil the ginger pieces for 4 minutes in a cup of water. Strain the boiling water from the ginger pieces and drink it once every day.
Last but not least, experts recommend drinking green tea with a few drops of honey and lemon for quick results and multiple benefits.
