Young people between 14 and 24 years old who are looking for a job opportunity can compete for one of the 548 vacancies open for the Young Apprentice Program of the companies Natura, Avon and Sabesp. Applications can be made between the 31st of July and the 9th of August.
Natura and Avon are part of the Natura & Co group, the fourth largest group in the world dedicated exclusively to the beauty segment, opened another 53 opportunities for the Young Apprentice Program.

The selection process will be 100% digital by Taqe – a digital recruitment and selection platform that uses data intelligence, cultural fit testing and gamification to hire young apprentices.
Young finalists who are not hired will be able to participate in a mentoring program with employees of both companies. With this model of attraction and selection process that increases accessibility, it is expected that more than 50% of those hired will be people who declare themselves black and live in communities surrounding the company’s units, in the cities of São Paulo, Cabreúva, Fortaleza, Salvador , Cajamar, Benevides and Itupeva.
There are more than 190 opportunities between Natura and Avon offered for different profiles. During the process, participants will find a quiz in game format with the objective of knowing the profile of each candidate, through their skills and competences.

Sabesp, in turn, has 495 vacancies for the Administrative Assistant Learning Program. The opportunities are for the metropolitan region, interior and coast of São Paulo. The starting salary is R$550.
