Quite a long time ago, the first expedition to the moon was carried out, which was carried out by the space association known as NASA, a feat that has not been repeated, but an attempt has been made with the different robots that are sent on satellites with particular missions. And now, after 50 years, they have made a new landing that will possibly remain in posterity for astronomy enthusiasts.
All this has been possible thanks to the lander Odysseus, causing it to land in the crater known as Malapert A, located about 300 kilometers from the south pole of the moon. The trip was completed after seven days, taking as its starting point the SpaceX, and at the same time it took 12 payloads. Six were scientific and technological instruments, with an investment of a modest 118 million dollars.
It is worth mentioning that the ship is not manned, so some will not want to consider this return as positive, which occurred after not having placed something on the lunar surface. Still, this attempt is applauded, which has taken much less time. of the one achieved 50 years ago in time. And it is expected that at some point there will be commercial crew members, but until security measures reach 0% margins of error.
Here is a description of the first trip to the moon:
The first trip to the Moon was made by NASA's Apollo 11 mission, which took off on July 16, 1969 from the Kennedy Space Center in Florida, United States. The crew was made up of three astronauts: Neil Armstrong, Edwin “Buzz” Aldrin and Michael Collins.
After a journey of several days, the lunar module, named “Eagle,” separated from the command and service module orbiting the Moon, with Armstrong and Aldrin on board. On July 20, 1969, Armstrong and Aldrin descended to the lunar surface, while Collins remained in lunar orbit aboard the command module.
Neil Armstrong was the first human being to set foot on the Moon, uttering the famous words: “It's one small step for man, one giant leap for humanity.” Buzz Aldrin followed shortly after. Astronauts collected samples of lunar soil, took photographs and conducted scientific experiments.
Without a doubt, we will have to wait a long time until more people can set foot on this interesting star that gives us light at night.

Editor's note: It is important that these studies always evolve, given that it is possible in the future that millionaires on Earth will be able to pay for a trip to the surface of the moon. But please, make sure before doing thousands of tests, the waterboarding thing won't happen again.
