Variety And Deadline, two of the most famous portals dedicated to the world of entertainment, have recently revealed that it will be Shinsuke Sato (live-action Bleach, Alice in Borderland, Kingdom, Death Note Light up the NEW world, Gantz, I am a Hero) to direct the Hollywood live-action film of MY HERO ACADEMIA.
Alex Garcia And Jay Ashenfelter they will oversee the project for Legendary Entertainment, while Ryōsuke Yoritomi, editor of the manga, will supervise everything for Shueisha. The film will be distributed in Japan TOHO.
Legendary Pictures announced the acquisition of the rights to create a live-action dedicated to MY HERO ACADEMIA in October 2018, but to date we know very little about it. We sincerely hope that another 2 and a half years will not pass before we know some other little information.
