“My brother is in danger of death,” his brother said this Friday in front of the Public Ministry (MP) in Caracas. Rafael Tarazona, who was also imprisoned along with Javier Tarazona, does not understand why he was released and his brother was not.

In the MP’s human rights office, his defense filed for the third time a request for him to be released because otherwise he could die. “We do not want to continue adding deaths,” Rachel González, a defense attorney, told EL TIEMPO.
