On March 2, Evgeny Tishkovets, a leading specialist at the Phobos weather center, said that the snow in the capital could melt at the turn of March and April.
A day earlier, Tishkovets said that March in Moscow would be dry and warm, the meteorological spring in the capital would come earlier than March 27, the usual date for the start of this period.
