For the father it is an unjust sentence
For the murder of Niccolò Ciattithe Court of Girona, Spain, sentenced a 15 years in prison Rassoul Bissoultanov, the Chechen man who killed the young Italian boy in Lloret del Mar during a fight in a nightclub. The victim’s father expresses all his anger at a sentence that he believes does not do justice to the dead son.
On 12 August 2017 the Chechen Rassoul Bissoultanov killed, after a fight and a beating in the disco, Niccolò Ciatti, in Lloret del Mar, Spain. The judge of the Court of Girona imposed the minimum sentence on the murderer, as the victim’s father recalls in a post on Facebook.
The President of the Court of Girona imposed a minimum sentence of 15 years. I think he should study the word Justice. Justifying such a sentence with ‘as hard as it may seem to relatives’ I really think he should change his job.
We are faced with people who should be on our side. Instead they are on the side of the killers. You are the shame of a civilized world.
Thus continues Luigi Ciatti in a long justified outburst on social media:
We will continue to fight to give you that justice that Niccolò deserves, we are faced with people who should be on our side but who instead are on the side of the killers. Are you the shame of a civilized world, when you return home do you have the courage to look your children in the eye?
Murder of Niccolò Ciatti, the minimum penalty for the murderer who beat the young Italian to death in Lloret del Mar
A month ago Niccolò’s father welcomed with joy the sentence for voluntary murder for the Chechen man who took the life of his son. But today, reading the sentence filed and the 15 years in prison, the bitterness is great.
The applicable punishment, in fact, was between 15 and 25 years for the Spanish penal code, given that it was the voluntary murder of a defenseless person. On the other hand, a friend of the murderer was acquitted. The lawyer of the Ciatti family could appeal.
