09.59 – First chronometric references on the time monitor: in the lead we find Iker Lecuona (KTM Tech3) in 1’46.696, then Pol Espargarò (Honda) and Bagnaia (Ducati).
Fall for Alex Marquez (Honda LCR) in Turn 2 for Brad Binder (KTM) in Turn 8.
09.57 – Wet tires, obviously, for all riders. The rain seems to have fallen, but the track is from Rain tire.

09.55 – Green light for the PL1 of the GP of Emilia Romagna – There are 24 riders on the grid for the second race at Misano: in fact, the wild cards Michele Pirro (Ducati) and Lorenzo Savadori (Aprilia) will be present. Maverick Vinales (Aprilia) is back after the stop race in Austin following the death of his cousin Dean Berta Vinales in Supersport 300.
09.50 – Rain in Misano, where the PL1s of the Moto3 class have just ended, with the Italian double made up of Andrea Migno (1’52.529) and Alberto Surra (1’52.807) leading the group. The title rivals are in the rear, with Pedro Acosta 15th and Dennis Foggia 17th.

09.30 – The world fight between Fabio Quartararo and ‘Pecco’ Bagnaia moves to Italy, for the second race of Misano Adriatica, on the circuit named in memory of Marco Simoncelli. The most successful MotoGP riders on this track are, with 3 statements, Valentino Rossi (2008, 2009 and 2014), Jorge Lorenzo (2011, 2012 and 2013) and Marc Marquez (2015, 2017 and 2019). Two successes for Dani Pedrosa (2010 and 2016), one for Casey Stoner (2007), Daniel Pedrosa (2010), Andrea Dovizioso (2018), Franco Morbidelli (2020), Maverick Vinales (2020) and ‘Pecco’ Bagnaia (2021) .
