Moreover, the topic of discussion is the saddle that he occupies today, that of the official Ducati, but which according to the latest rumors could be entrusted to Jorge Martin next season. All on the condition that Marc Marquez accepts a position in Prima Pramac Racing, which however the eight-time world champion rejected quite suddenly.
In all of this, the rider from Rimini, who participated in the second pre-event press conference of the Italian Grand Prix, is probably the one who played his cards more close than anyone else, also because the rumors almost certainly indicate that he will be leaving the official team of Borgo Panigale. “I think it’s also normal that we talk more about the other two, especially Martin, who is the one who has done better so far compared to all of us. Obviously it’s right to look around, but, as I said, I also wanted to wait until Mugello”.
Since Marquez rejected the Pramac option, he was then asked if it could be a good opportunity for him instead: “It depends, I want to try to evaluate everything because I want to be as fast as possible. I will make the choice that will allow me to be “.
In this sense, while remaining quite tight-lipped, he gave a hint when asked if he would prefer an official team or a satellite team but with a certainly competitive bike: “What I will certainly look for will be the support of a manufacturer. If nothing else, in a few days Ducati should finally put a definitive end to the matter and at least it will be able to return to focusing only on the track: “In reality these are the critical moments, then when I leave here we do what we always do. Finally, Enea returned to the penalty received in Barcelona, which he openly contested, explaining that in his opinion the teams should have the opportunity to speak to the stewards during the race to contest the penalties that they do not consider correct.
