In the full sun of the Red Bull Ring track in the first Moto2 Free Practice session, Jake Dixon shines. The Briton of GasGas Aspar, fresh from two podiums in a row, sets the best time of FP1 in 1: 35,000, ahead of the world leader, Augusto Fernandez, second at 0.161 with the Kalex Ajo, and Lorenzo dalla Porta, 3. at 0.186 with the Italtrans team and finally in evidence. For Celestino Vietti, Kalex VR46, is the eighth time at 0.464.
