Prices on the secondary real estate market in Moscow will begin to decline in the future, but this will not happen today or tomorrow, according to the materials of the INCOM-Nedvizhimost agency provided to Lente.ru. So far, the events in Ukraine have not had time to affect the market statistics, analysts say.
“Significant changes in the supply of secondary housing [за февраль 2022-го] did not happen, prices grew smoothly under the influence of standard economic factors, experts predicted. “The Ukrainian events and sanctions against Russia did not have time to affect the market statistics in February, the results of March will show a clearer picture.”
INCOM predicts that due to all the ongoing collapse of the real estate market, there will be no: the primary segment will most likely be supported again by state subsidies for mortgages, and the secondary segment will be largely supported by alternative transactions.
“In any case, a Moscow apartment remains the main and most reliable asset – it will always be in demand, it can be rented out and profit from it,” experts predict.
