Finland On Thursday, April 13, three envelopes containing white powder were found in the mailbox of the Moscow embassy, according to a Russian newspaper Izvestija.
According to the newspaper, the envelopes contained the names of embassy employees. The police are investigating the incident on the spot, the newspaper says.
An unknown substance has been seized and sent for examination.
