The hydrometeorological center has again declared the orange level of weather hazard in Moscow. This is reported on website center.
It is noted that very high temperatures are expected in the capital – up to 32 degrees above zero. The warning is valid from 10:00 to 18:00 on July 17. In addition, Muscovites were warned of a possible thunderstorm and wind, the gusts of which can reach 15 meters per second, between 11:00 and 21:00.
In addition, until 21:00 on July 18, there is a warning about a fire hazard, sometimes high (class 4)
Hot weather was established in Moscow in the first half of July. On July 14, the 1951 record was repeated – the air temperature rose to 34.1 degrees. The abnormal heat melted the asphalt and forced some birds to leave the capital.
