Monster Hunter Rise reached i 7.5 million copies distributed worldwide, with data updated in September and relating only to the Nintendo Switch version, so it is once again a great success for the Capcom series.
Monster Hunter Rise was launched in March 2021 on Nintendo Switch and immediately impressed with sales at launch, considering that 4 million had already been reached in the month in question, but the progression was nonetheless unstoppable, rising to 6 million at the end of April, 7 million at the end of May and finally 7, 5 million at the end of September 2021.
It must always be taken into account that these are numbers relating to distribution on the market, but with such growth it is clear that most copies have been sold anyway.
The stimulus provided by Capcom, which continues to update the game with new content at a rather fast and constant pace, has probably helped the new chapter to establish itself on the market, in addition to the large user base it has already been able to count on for some time.
To all this we must then add the PC version, whose release date and exclusive features were announced a few days ago: the launch on the Windows platform is set for January 12, 2022 and this version will obviously contribute to the further growth of the game. We recently saw a 9-minute gameplay video for TGS 2021 and the new maxi expansion was announced Sunbreak, of which news about monsters and new content have emerged.
