Mohammed bin Rashid issues a decree forming the “Dubai Council”, headed by His Highness and with the membership of Hamdan and Maktoum bin Mohammed.

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister, may God protect him, in his capacity as Ruler of the Emirate of Dubai, issued Decree No. (35) of 2024, forming the “Dubai Council”, headed by His Highness, and with the membership of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. , First Vice President, and His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Second Vice President.

The Council’s membership includes His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, and Her Highness Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
The Council’s membership also includes His Excellency Muhammad Abdullah Al Gergawi, a member and Secretary-General of the Council, and the members: His Excellency Talal Humaid Belhoul, His Excellency Abdullah Muhammad Al Basti, His Excellency Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri, His Excellency Matar Muhammad Al Tayer, His Excellency Saeed Muhammad Al Tayer, and His Excellency Hilal Saeed Al Marri.
This decree shall be effective from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.

It is noteworthy that the objectives of the Dubai Council, as stated in its Establishment Law No. (21) of 2021, focus on anticipating and developing the future development agenda of the emirate, to ensure its competitiveness, leadership and global attractiveness, through launching and approving major qualitative projects and transformative and unusual initiatives, with the aim of making development leaps that contribute to To provide the best life for the emirate’s citizens, residents and visitors.
