His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, announced today, Friday, the support of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to host Expo 2030.
His Highness wrote in a tweet via his official account on Twitter: “Today, the Kingdom submitted a request to host Expo 2030. From today, we announce support for the Kingdom’s request, and we also announce that the knowledge and experience we gained during the 7 years of preparing for Expo 2020 will be available to the brothers. The effects of the Expo will extend for years, and the success of the Kingdom is a success for the whole region. All the best to my brother, Mohammed bin Salman, in this project.”
