Mohamed bin Zayed and President of Senegal discuss relations of the two countries

His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, received today, Thursday, Macky Sall, President of the friendly Republic of Senegal, who is on a working visit to the UAE that will last for several days.
His Highness welcomed the visit of President Macky Sall and wished him a successful visit and a pleasant stay in the Emirate, and conveyed to him the greetings of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, “may God protect him”, and his wishes for the Republic of Senegal and its friendly people for continued progress, development and stability.
During the meeting, which was held at the Beach Palace, His Highness and the President of Senegal discussed bilateral relations and ways of developing them in all fields, especially investment, economic and trade.
The two sides also dealt with developments in the situation and issues in the Middle East and Africa, in addition to a number of regional and international files of common interest.
The meeting touched on Expo 2020 Dubai and its importance in communicating diverse civilizations and cultures, in addition to enhancing the benefit of sustainable initiatives and solutions to the common challenges facing the world and presented by the exhibition and the latest innovations produced by technology in order to create a better future for humanity.
The meeting was attended by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Tahnoun Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Abu Dhabi Airports, His Excellency Sheikh Shakhbut bin Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of State, His Excellency Mohammed Mubarak Al Mazrouei, Under-Secretary of the Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Court, and His Excellency Sultan Ali Al Harbi, Ambassador The country is in Senegal.
It was also attended by the delegation accompanying the guest president.
