The 28-year-old pitcher allowed 2 home runs to the leader in this section of the league, Aaron Judgeplus one each for Giancarlo Stanton, Gleyber Torres, José Treviño and former Cub Anthony Rizzo.

Swarmer made negative history
But getting back to Matt Swarmer, the first-year pitcher, according to ESPN Stats & Info, with his 6 home runs allowed, tied Tom Lee for the most in Cubs history for home runs allowed, with Lee having been battered in 1884.
Likewise, Swarmer’s 6 home runs make him the second pitcher in history to allow that amount, joining Hollis “Sloppy” Thurston, who did so on August 13, 1932.
