Earlier, the EU Ambassador to Moscow, Markus Ederer, suggested that the Russian Ministry of Health discuss the possibilities of cooperation on coronavirus certificates. He recalled that the European Union has introduced electronic certificates that allow citizens to travel freely around the countries of the union.
According to Ederer, the law provides for the ability to declare these documents equivalent to other similar certificates.
