The employees present during the inspection did not have the training or appropriate clothing to handle the foodwhich constitutes a serious violation of public health regulations.
The closing of restaurant was carried out due to these violations, which pose a significant risk to the health of customers.
The health authorities of Bucaramanga have called on the restaurants of the area, emphasize the importance of complying with hygiene and food safety standards to avoid being sanctioned.
