After two meetings between Russian and Ukrainian representatives where they were not able to advance much in the negotiations and in the request to cease photo, a new meeting will take place this morning. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and Ukraine’s Dmytro Kuleba will meet in Turkey.

This is the first time since the invasion that the top brass of the two countries will come face to face in Turkey. The Turkish and Israeli governments will mediate.
Lavrov has been in Turkey since yesterday. Kuleba arrived in the country on Thursday. The conversation should last an hour and a half and both will grant an interview after leaving the meeting.
