The central toggle bar, a classic of the brand, is redesigned to adapt to the modern interior, with levers which control the main functions of the vehicle.
Mini Cooper Convertible engines
The new Mini Cooper Convertible is powered by a choice of two engines two liter petrolall with four cylinders. The basic model, Mini Cooper Convertible Chas a power of 120 kW (163 hp) and accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 8.2 seconds, with a top speed of 220 km/h. Combined consumption is 6.6 – 6.5 l/100 km, with CO2 emissions of 150 – 147 g/km.
There Mini Cooper Convertible Swith 150 kW (204 hp), accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 6.9 seconds and reaches a top speed of 237 km/h. This model also has similar consumption: 6.6 – 6.5 l/100 km, and CO2 emissions of 150 – 148 g/km.
The car is designed for one agile drivingwith optimized suspension and shock absorbers. The precise steering system and the mounts of the stabilizer bar they improve stability and maneuverability, ensuring safety and comfort in all driving situations.
Technology and ADAS on board
The new Mini Cooper Cabrio introduces the brand’s first voice assistant, which can be activated with “Hey Mini” or via a button on the steering wheel. This Intelligent Personal Assistantrepresented by a stylized Mini called “Spike”offers fluid and intuitive interactions thanks to improved voice recognition and graphics support on the OLED display. Prices for the new Mini Cooper Cabrio start from 32,900 euros. The car is on sale in three trims: Classic, Favorite And JCWthe latter with a sportier configuration. All models include 16″ alloy wheelsblack top, dual-zone climate control, heated steering wheel, light and rain sensors, parking sensors, rear camera, and wireless connectivity with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
The options are divided into packages of different “sizes”: S package (anti-theft, heated front seats, head-up display, wireless charging and driving modes); M package (wind deflector); L package (navigator with augmented reality, parking assistant and Harman/Kardon audio system); XL package (Level 2 assisted driving, electrically adjustable seats and Union Jack design soft top).
