Two races in one weekend
With a week to go until the final round of the season on a permanent circuit, with Will Power’s win in Portland, IndyCar is now focusing on the final three rounds of the series, all on oval tracks. There will be plenty of attention this weekend, as two of the three races scheduled will take place this weekend, with a double header which had already been seen during this season in Iowa.
Palou possible champion
The venue for the third to last and penultimate tests will be the track of Milwaukee Mile (Wisconsin), who will also celebrate his return to IndyCar after an absence that lasted since 2015. A return in grand style, given that at the end of the 250 laps that will take place in both races, the drivers’ title could be mathematically assigned, or the standings could evolve in such a way as to favor a single driver for the final race at the Nashville Superspeedway, where the conditions could also be created for a spectacular grand finale. At the moment, the general standings reign supreme Alex Palou with 484 points, +54 on Power and +67 on Colton Herta.
The program
As with all the other races held this season, there are two ways to follow the events on the program. Free Practice and Qualifying (respectively scheduled for Friday and Saturday) will be available on the official IndyCar channel, that is IndyCar Livebut only with English commentary and with a subscription. The races are a different story, but they will be held at two different times, but both on Sky Sports F1channel 207.
