We must remember that, a few hours after learning of the death of the Doll Milly, Jaime Quispe Mamani, father of the deceased artist, filed a formal complaint against the Dr. Victor Fong before the authorities. “He entered the Santa Catalina Clinic with the purpose of undergoing liposuction plastic surgery on the abdomen. That same night, they performed surgery on her in the operating room of said clinic and, the next day, March 28, 2024, her daughter felt severe stomach pain because Dr. Fong, in said operation, negligently pierced her the intestine, which caused generalized septicemia,” says the legal document.
