Miguel 'N', feminicide of María José in Iztacalco, is linked to the process

The initial hearing, held in oral room 7 of the Oriente Prison, began at 9:55 in the morning. During this process, the Public Ministry of the capital's prosecutor's office presented the formulation of charges against the 39-year-old individual, pointing out the charges of feminicide and attempted feminicide in relation to the attack that led to the death of María José and the attack on Cassandra. , mother of the young woman.

The judge in charge of the hearing determined that there is sufficient evidence for Miguel “N” to be linked to the process, not only for the death of María José and attempted feminicide against the young woman's mother, but also because after a search At the home of the alleged feminicide, human remains were found that could belong to a minimum of seven different people.

Among the finds are bones and five skulls, the origin and nature of which are being investigated by the authorities. In addition to the human remains, surgical material and various chemical products were discovered in the searched home.
