Microsoft’s email service, Microsoft Outlook, has malfunctions in Europe that in some cases are not allowing the receipt of electronic messages and which the company assures that it is already investigating.
As the firm explained in a “post” on the social network the messaging service that blocks it. Some cannot log into their accounts. In other cases, affected Outlook clients have also seen the application display alerts advising them to restart the system due to high memory consumption.
According to some reports, the same issues are also affecting Outlook on the web (OWA), with the app freezing and not loading for some users in the United States and elsewhere.
The company notes that they are “analyzing data from customers” who are experiencing these failures and that they are “reviewing service telemetry” to reproduce the problem internally to develop a plan to mitigate the problems.
The company has not given any estimate of when this problem could be solved and asks users to consult the company’s technical support for more information.
