Michela Murgia, and debts with the tax authorities. The heirs: “Normal things, we'll take care of it”
Michela Murgia she died on August 10, 2023, leaving a legacy above all to her family thoughts and his books successfull. But for those who actually inherited his material possessions, his “queer” family, there was also a bitter discovery. From the analysis of will and the related properties – according to what La Verità has been able to analyze those documents – emerges that Michela had more than one problem with payment from the taxes to the Italian State and local administrations. Here's the sore point. They still weigh on the house 47,399 euros of debt with the tax authorities and INPS (but the encumbrance, as per practice, is registered for double the value, i.e. 94,798 euros). A mortgage which may not represent the only dispute with the State.
There also appears – and La Verità reports it – a passive coming from various unpaid taxesin particular as an employer: as owner of Isolanet, a service company connected to information technology founded in 2004 and canceled in 2005, the failure to pay VAT, of the Irpef for employed work and INPS contributions, as well as tax withholdings on salaries, pensions, travel and additional monthly payments (with related penalties). There maxi tax bill led the Treasury to put a mortgage on his house in Sardinia. But the heirs downplay it: “Trivial situations that she would have resolved on her own if she had been well. There was no time, We'll think about it“.
