Have you already had to travel aboard the renewed Mexican Aviation? The Government airline has made changes both in its way of traveling and in its official website and here we tell you all the details.

The emblematic airline, now owned by the Secretary of National Defense (SEDENA), took off again on December 26, 2023 from its operations center in Felipe Ángeles International Airport (AIFA), thus marking a significant milestone in Mexican aviation.

What are the highlighted modifications on the Mexicana de Aviación page?

Reservation Flexibility: Passengers can now select from one-way, round-trip flights, as well as multi-destination options to best suit their travel needs.

Promotional Codes: The inclusion of the option to add promotional codes suggests the proximity of future promotions and discounts for travelers.

Online Check-in: Mexicana de Aviación has implemented the convenient online check-in option, allowing passengers to obtain their boarding passes by simply entering their reservation number or ticket number along with their last name.

Gestion of reservs: The platform now offers a section dedicated to booking management, where passengers can check the status of their reservation quickly and easily.

In addition to improvements in the digital experience, Mexicana de Aviación has also expanded the benefits for its passengers:

Space Between Seats: The space between seats has been increased to ensure greater comfort during the flight.

Baggage Policy: Carry-on baggage and one personal item weighing up to 10 kilograms in total are allowed, along with one checked baggage weighing up to 25 kilograms.

Improved Onboard Service: Passengers can enjoy an extended menu during the flight, with a variety of options including products from well-known brands such as Sabritas, Coca-Cola and Gamesa.

In addition, foods such as croissants with ham and cheese, Panninis, and turkey breast focaccia are offered, as well as drink options that include beers from different brands, flavored milks, and juices.
