The republican candidate for president of the United States of America Donald Trump insulted his Democratic opponent Kamala Harris yesterdayduring a visit to southwestern Wisconsin, calling her “mentally disabled” during a speech focused on immigration. Wisconsin Public Radio reports. The former president spoke inside a high school auditorium in Prairie du Chien, a city of fewer than 6,000 people near Wisconsin’s border with Iowa.
Trump accused the Joe Biden and Kamala Harris administration of encouraging illegal immigration and linked the issue to crime. He referred to Harris’ visit to the southern border yesterday, her first since 2021. “I saw this show that she put on,” Trump said, “after four years of the most incompetent border in the history of the world, Kamala Harris arrived on the scene “. He then provoked laughter and applause from the crowd when he said: “Joe Biden has become semi-insanity. Kamala was born like this. If you think about it – he added – only a person with a mental disability could have allowed this to happen in our country”.
