Nobody hit the six dozen of the Mega-Sena last Saturday, the 24th, and the prize accumulated for the thirteenth time in a row. The estimate for the next contest, to be held next Wednesday, the 28th, is R$200 million, the biggest prize of the year so far.
On Saturday, the 2,523 contest had the following tens drawn: 01 – 10 – 27 – 36 – 37 – 45.
So far, the biggest prize of the year was drawn on March 19, when the accumulated value was R$ 189 million. On the occasion, two gamblers – one from Minas Gerais and another from São Paulo – hit the six dozen and split the jackpot.
how to bet
To try your luck, you have to choose from 6 to 15 numbers from the wheel, being able to let the system choose the numbers (Surpresinha) and/or compete with the same bet for 2, 4 or 8 consecutive contests (Teimosinha). Bets can be placed until 7pm at any lottery in the country or on the Caixa Econômica Federal website.
The minimum bet, of six numbers, costs R$ 4.50. The more numbers you mark, the higher the bet price and the greater the chances of winning the prize. The draws are held twice a week, on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
There are also Mega-Weeks, which take place on predetermined dates throughout the year. There are three competitions per week: on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
