Seeing a supercar worth over 170,000 euros go up in flames and end up destroyed is always a blow to the heart for four-wheel enthusiasts. And it was certainly more so for the owner of this one McLaren, a Swedish tourist who was crossing the Pordoi pass in the Dolomites. And the video released on the official Instagram profile of the Hotel Pordoi took up the scene of the fire, where you can see the flames and black smoke escaping from the supercar.
Rushed to the scene in a hurry, the Fire Brigade managed to put out the fire without being able to save the McLaren in question: once the fire extinguishers were extinguished, only the scrap of the Woking supercar, as you can see from the images. According to the latest reconstructions, there would have been no consequences for the driver: after realizing that smoke and flames came out of the engine, it seems that the man moved away from the car, just before the flames took over. And that they destroy his McLaren worth hundreds of thousands of euros.
