Culiacán, Sinaloa.- The municipal president Juan de Dios Gamez Mendivil granted the appointment of Secretary of Public Works and Services of City Council of Culiacán to Roberto Alfonso Zazueta Tapia, as well as JJose Luis Torres Valdez as Director of the Municipal Police Unit for Highways and Traffic.
After the act of swearing in, the newly appointed municipal officials undertook to carry out the conferred position subject to the powers that the applicable Laws and Regulations grant them, in accordance with the programs, plans and policies established by the current municipal administration.
The mayor also urged them to conduct themselves with high ethical standards in their performance and with a high disposition to serve the citizenry, thus joining the objective of generating social welfare in Culiacán.
