BioWare has just announced, via a Twitter post, that the new Mass Effect is Dragon Age 4 will not be presented during theEA Play 2021, which will take place at the end of the month. This means that the absence of the two major projects is now certain.
Mass Effect in particular it is still well away from the release (it will be a matter of years before the can see the light), and it was not expected that the July 22, 2021, on the occasion of the event, since the times are premature.
Regarding Dragon AgeInstead, the fourth installment has been announced and shown for a while. New footage, information or gameplay excerpts were expected around this time, so fans will be disappointed.
In theofficial account it was stated, via the announcement post that revealed the absence of the long-awaited projects at EA Play 2021:

Instead of the two big missing titles, which it is hoped that viewers won’t miss too much (for now), EA Play 2021 will last 40 minutes and will focus on Battlefield 2042, Apex Legends is Lost in Random.
The alleged new video game in the survival horror series should also be announced during the show Dead Space, with new speculations suggesting it will be something different from a remake based on the original title, with additional content. Previously it was rumored that the title was a new project, capable of marking a complete restart of the series.
The official account of Dead Space has updated profile picture just today, Thursday 1 July, eliminating the one that showed the Dead Space 3 logo and loading a more generic one, in which you can see the helmet worn by the protagonist in the various chapters of the series.
