The family of KVN leader Alexander Maslyakov contacted the police after the host’s grave was vandalized by a 19-year-old boy. This reports International Union of KVN on the social network “VKontakte”.
Relatives of the TV presenter filed a police report over an act of vandalism at the Novodevichy Cemetery. The cemetery administration also joined their appeal.
On September 22, a young man came to Maslyakov’s grave. He tore the cross out of the ground, scattered the flowers and moved the photographs. He was stopped by security guards and handed over to law enforcement. It is noted that the cross has already been restored.
The vandal’s identity has been established. He was 19-year-old Muscovite Kirill K. It is noted that in front of Maslyakov’s grave he said that he “does not deserve to lie there.” According to preliminary data, the young man was intoxicated.
Maslyakov was buried at the Novodevichy Cemetery on September 11. The TV presenter passed away on September 8 at the age of 82. He could not overcome cancer.
