Insomniac Games published the patch 1.002.003 Of Marvel's Spider-Man 2 which aims to correct some bugs introduced with the previous update and further clean up the game code from imperfections.
Specifically, the update fixed a bug that caused save data to disappear of players, mistakenly introduced with patch 1.002.00. Additionally, an issue where the game incorrectly presented the user with the option to start a new game, rather than New Game Plus, has been fixed.
Some crashes, performance issues, and other texture and bug-related issues in the open world have also been fixed. Furthermore, some flaws relating to certain skins and other various problems have been fixed. For further details, please refer to the official notes a this address.

In the meantime, players are waiting to know whether, like its predecessor, Marvel's Spider-Man 2 will also receive a series of expansions which will continue the adventures of Peter and Miles.
