Marvel Rivals will see the advert for a new beta test during this weekaccording to a rumor: a new opportunity to preview the Overwatch-style hero shooter with Marvel characters developed by NetEase Games.
As you may remember, there were a lot of registrations for the Marvel Rivals closed alpha and it’s clear that the development team wants to take advantage of this enthusiasm to carry on as quickly as possible the testing phases.
If in fact there isn’t one yet exit date for the game, establishing some fixed points regarding gameplay and balance could allow NetEase to start early access on Steam.
At that point the project would be in an advanced phase of enrichment and refinement, and it could be considered to accelerate the development of any console versions.
