The well-known Michoacan composer, Martin Urieta, revealed during a meeting of the Society of Authors and Composers (SACM) how was his last meeting with Vicente Fernández. Along these lines, he shared some of the words that ‘Chente’ dedicated to him as a farewell.
In view of the delicate state of health that the singer is going through, Urieta was encouraged to remember the last meeting with Vicente, who for many years performed some of his compositions such as “Urge”, “Divine Women” and “Acá”.
According to him, on his last visit he noticed a deterioration in his friend’s health and mood, as he had difficulty walking and a lot of pain in his knees. Even the singer himself confessed that his knees felt worse and worse.

The composer assures that when he was about to leave, ‘Chente’ dedicated a few words of farewell to him that he felt very intimate. “Goodbye to my favorite composer”the singer told him.
“My body went bad because I took it as a farewell, I don’t know if for me or for him,” he concluded.
